The Nut Roaster Studios at Brooklyn Fire Proof is a friendly and flexible space for feature films, commercials, photo shoots, and music videos. The Nut Roaster currently houses a 7000sf soundstage complete with a 35ft cyclorama, a 1000sf soundstage with a 25ft greenscreen cyclorama, and an 800sf MOS studio with natural sunlight. All stages have 17 ft ceilings, 16 ft to the grid. Lighting packages are available on site. There are two fully furnished sunlit rooms including a production office and a dressing/make up room. These rooms are equipped with free wireless internet, fax machine, private bathrooms, shower, air conditioning, and make-up mirrors. Other amenities include a protected street to stage loading dock, ample parking, and drains in each studio for water shoots. The Nut Roaster Studio is a New York Qualified Production Facility (QPF) eligible for NY tax discounts. These studios are located in the heart of East Williamsburg, Brooklyn in a converted nut-roasting warehouse.

As our company has grown we have noticed the demand for more mid-size studios. These studios are great for interviews, p/u shots, green-screen shoots, photography and much more. The new studios are just two doors down from our existing studio and across the street from our cafe/bar. We are calling our new facility The Seltzer Room. The Seltzer Room Studios are private, sound proof, and easily accessible from the street. The all have 300amps of power and an overhead grid. With the addition of these spaces we will always have a studio or additional support space for you at an affordable cost. We have large and small production offices, parking, A16,000 SF roof and storage available.
